I’ve supported, trained, and led nonprofit boards and community serving organizations, ranging from startups to 100+ year old professional associations such as:
I bring expertise in community engagement, local government, resilience, and transportation.
Facilitated workshops, trainings, coordination sessions for federal agencies including FEMA, USACE and EPA.
Designed and led large-scale deliberative sessions (100–400+ participants) with real-time synthesis and decision tracking
Supported interagency coordination on resilience, infrastructure, and emergency management efforts
Developed structured outputs (summaries, findings, recommendations) that translate directly into action
